Three words for 15 to 20 points on any agriculture question
FIRST, MSP MSP-ER and ICICI: a template for RBI and NABARD answers on agriculture.
← All articles
Almost everyone knows a Phase II answer must be multi-dimensional. The hurdle is actually doing it in the exam. Templates solve that. For agriculture you need three words.
- FIRST comes first: the pre-production dimensions. Fertiliser, Irrigation, Reforms in land, Seeds, Technology.
- MSP and more MSP, MSP MSP-ER: the post-production dimensions. MSP, Marketing, Supply chain, Processing, Exports, Retail.
- ICICI is at the core of Indian banking: the core dimensions. Investment, Credit, Insurance, Climate change, Involvement.
With the principles of inheritability and replicability, this one model gives you 15 to 20 points, well within the time limit. Quality alone isn’t enough; quality within the time limit is what scores.
