The program
Three parts, led by top-20 rankers.
Targeted study material
50 to 60 pages of compact content on forest, environment and current affairs: about 50 key issues plus the static portion. No copy-pasted dumps.
DAF filling and review
Your DAF decides the questions. Mentors help with cadre preferences, home cadre, hobbies and work experience.
One-on-one sessions
A 30 to 40 minute session on your DAF, like a mock, followed by a personalised report: question by question, with an action plan.
